Racecourse Ground: Heavy overnight frost

  360globalmedia.com

Wrexham's FA Cup third-round replay with Brighton at the Racecourse Ground has been postponed due to heavy frost.

Heavy overnight frost has meant the playing surface at the Racecourse is not deemed fit to play on and with more freezing temperatures expected the game has been called off.

The game has now been rescheduled for Wednesday with an earlier kick-off time of 7.15pm.

Wrexham held Brighton to a 1-1 draw at the Amex Stadium with the winners of the replay facing Newcastle in the fourth round.
