OM deny Deschamps exit talk
Marseille chairman Vincent Labrune insists as far as he is concerned Didier Deschamps is still the coach of the Ligue 1 side.
Deschamps took charge in 2009 at the Stade Velodrome and during his time with the club has won one Championnat and three Coupe de Ligues.
But now reports in France are rife that Deschamps has decided to walk away from the club, despite having two years left on his current deal.
However, Labrune insists that he is expecting Deschamps to return to pre-season training next week.
"For me, as with major shareholder Margarita Louis-Dreyfus, who is very much involved in the club's daily life, Didier Deschamps is OM coach and will be present for resumption next Monday," he said.
Deschamps has been linked with a switch to Premier League side Tottenham, whilst he has also been suggested as a possible replacement for France national coach Laurent Blanc.
